Glenn Hall studied fine arts at Murray State University and film and cinema at Southern Illinois University, Glenn Hall now has more than thirty years’ experience as a professional photographer.

In the 1980s and 90s, he developed a signature black and white style for work in the music industry (Sony, Capital, Mercury, Asylum, MCA) and corporate and editorial ventures (Corrections Corporation of America, Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Ford HeavyDuty Trucks, USPS, Rolling Stone, Raygun).

His work includes projects with such non-profit organizations as YWCA of Nashville, The Nashville Rescue Mission, and more recently, The Paducah Cooperative Ministries, InsideOut Project - Anti-bully campaign, “Portraits of Love” project at Fort Campbell Army Base and Oxford American Eyes on the South. His most recent project is a feature-length documentary called DarkWater, which explores the economic and ecological impact of Asian carp in the rivers and lakes of the Ohio River Valley.
